What is the Returns and Exchanges Policy?

At Harper Lily Baby, we want you and your little ones to be over the moon with your purchases. In the event that something isn't quite right, here's a little scoop on our return and exchange dance:

1. **Harmony in Returns:** If, for any reason, your Harper Lily purchase doesn't hit the right note, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Just ensure the items are in their original condition, tags intact, and, of course, unworn. If the parcel is returned after the 10-day return period, a voucher will be issued in lieu of your purchase value.

2. **Exchange Extravaganza:** Feel like a different size or tune would suit you better? Exchange your item for a different size or colour. Harmony restored!

3. **Faulty Funk:** If you receive a product that's playing out of tune (i.e., it's damaged or defective), please hit pause on using it immediately and reach out to us. We'll gladly sort it out.

4. **Final Note:** Please note that personalised items and items purchased on sale are the rebels of our returns and exchange policy, and they're not eligible for return or exchange.

What is the delivery cost and how long will it take?

We offer Nationwide delivery at a standard rate of R70 and free delivery on orders over R1250.

Delivery can be expected within 2-5 working days for major cities and 5-7 days for outlying areas.
